Regulatory Library

Every federal, state, and accreditation regulation AOG works with — in one place.

Last reviewed: April 2026

The Regulatory Library is the reference layer for every regulation that shapes how AOG clients plan for and respond to emergencies. Each entry links to a dedicated page that breaks down what the regulation requires, who it applies to, how enforcement works, and how it intersects with the other standards on this list.

This library is built for operational use — not academic study. Pages are written in plain language, organized the way the regulation is actually applied in the field, and kept current as standards evolve.

Federal — OSHA

U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Mandatory for all covered employers.

Federal — CMS

Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Conditions of Participation for facilities billing Medicare or Medicaid.

Accreditation — Joint Commission

Voluntary accreditation standards for healthcare organizations. Required by many payers and some state licensing authorities.

State — Texas

State statutes and administrative code that apply to AOG’s primary operating region.

Reference pages for Texas state regulations are in development. Check back soon.
